Assistant Director of Care R.p.n.

Highly Regarded Retirement Home in Ancaster is seeking a detail oriented RPN with management experience or eagerness to learn.  The Assistant D.O.C. will work 4 day shifts per week on the floor and be responsible for shared on-call duties.  You will work side by side with the D.O.C. You are bright, have experience with seniors, enjoy a team work atmosphere and you are able to lead by example.  Your staff are comprised of some of the brightest and most reliable 3rd and 4th Year nursing students, graduate nurses and student RPN's the area has to offer. Compensation for on-call time as well as the opportunity for growth for the right candidate makes this position suitable for anyone who has a drive to excel.
