Credit & Collections Analyst

Position Description

Responsible for reviewing Aging Reports in conjunction with the established credit policies, credit limits, and DSO targets
Investigate and resolve customer credit deductions in a timely fashion
Prepare customer account reconciliations
Actively pursue collection of delinquent accounts
Prepare all necessary supporting documentation
Investigate problems and contact customers to correct payment issues
Liaise with customers and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
Work with Cash Applications, Billing, Settlement and Sales to resolve issues

Qualifications

College Degree in a Finance Field
Five or more years working experience in credit, collections, and resolution of customer discount billing issues
Must have proficient computer skills including AS/400, Microsoft Excel and Word
